  4. The spouse who is the Defendant in the divorce action is not an active member of the United States military.
    1. The parties have been separated and living apart (at different residential addresses) for at least the last 18 months, without any reconciliation.

    2. The parties agree that there are irreconcilable differences for at least the last 6 months, which have caused the breakdown of the marriage, and there is no potential of reconciliation.
